What are the rules and regulations?

1. Set-up must be neat, orderly, and uniform. Only 6' or 8' tables are permitted—no additional personal tables such as card tables are allowed.

2. Professional cloth table skirts are provided. If you have your own, it must be cloth. Plastic table covers are prohibited.

3. Selling of any sort of drinks, candy, food, etc. is not allowed.

4. Eating or drinking at event tables is prohibited. Drinks should not be placed on the floor at the event tables.
 
5. No distribution of food or business coupons unless approved in advance.

6. Boxes, trash, or other clutter should not be visible at tables. Extra products, boxes, etc. should be stored underneath tables.

7. Tape is not allowed on the carpet for securing cords. Mats or approved cord covers must be used.

8. Only professional signage is allowed. Handwritten signs are prohibited.

9. Solicitation, tip jars, and wandering away from designated areas are not permitted.

10. Political or religious speeches, demonstrations, presentations, proselytizing, promotions, or solicitation—including the distribution of related documents—are strictly prohibited at the Shopping Center.

11. All merchandise offered for sale, trade, display, or giveaway at the event must be authentic and legally obtained. Counterfeit, replica, bootleg, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized trading cards, collectibles, figures, sealed products, memorabilia, or related merchandise are strictly prohibited.

12. Family-Friendly Content: No merchandise containing sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, excessively vulgar, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content may be displayed, sold, or traded. Event management reserves the right to determine suitability and require removal of any item that does not meet event standards.

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

You don't pay at the time of application. Once your application is approved we'll send you a payment link to select your tier and complete your booking. Your spot isn't confirmed until payment is received.

Question 3

How are table locations assigned?

Accepted Answer

Our team handles all table assignments based on tier and floor layout. You'll receive your table number and location the week of the show.

Question 4

What time can I load in?

Accepted Answer

Load-in times are confirmed in your approval email closer to the show date. Plan to arrive during your assigned window — doors open to the public shortly after and we need the floor set before attendees arrive.

Question 5

Are tables and chairs provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your table and 2 chairs are included with every tier. Table size varies by tier. You do not need to bring your own.

Question 6

Can I apply to multiple shows at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apply to as many shows as you'd like. Each show requires a separate application and a separate payment.

Question 7

Can I bring a banner, display rack, or popup setup?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your table location and market. Due to the way tables are arranged at most of our venues, space behind and around your table may be limited. We'll confirm what's permitted and what fits at your specific location in your table assignment email the week of the show. When in doubt reach out before you haul it in — we'd rather you know ahead of time than show up and have to break it down.

Question 8

Can I run a live stream from my table?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Live streaming is welcome and we encourage it. Keep in mind that not all of our venues have WiFi available, so we recommend having your own mobile hotspot as a backup. Reach out ahead of time to confirm what's available at your specific market.

Question 9

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

More than 2 weeks before the show date: Receive full credit toward any future Pull Exchange show.
Less than 2 weeks before the show date: No credit will be issued.
No-shows: No refund or credit. Tables are forfeited and may be reassigned.
If Pull Exchange cancels the event: A full refund will be issued.

What types of products are allowed?

Accepted Answer

Trading cards, graded slabs, comics, Funko Pops, vintage gaming, anime collectibles, memorabilia, and pop culture merchandise are all welcome. If you're unsure whether your product fits, check the rules and regulations.

Question 11

Can I purchase additional vendor badges?

Accepted Answer

Each vendor table comes with 1-2 badges depending on tier. Need extra hands at your table? You can purchase up to 3 additional badges per vendor. Additional badges are $10 each and all sales are final.
