This information is collected through standard web analytics tools and cookies to help us understand how people use the site and improve it over time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you show announcements, updates, and hobby news (only if you subscribed to our mailing list).

  • Process and manage vendor applications and payments.

  • Respond to your questions and messages.

  • Improve the website and show experience.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers — companies that help us operate our business, including Mailchimp (email marketing), HubSpot (CRM), 123FormBuilder (vendor applications), and Stripe (payment processing). These providers are contractually required to protect your information.

  • Venue and mall operators — in some cases, the venue hosting a Pull Exchange show may require a list of registered vendors for security or regulatory purposes. By applying as a vendor, you consent to this limited disclosure.
