Admission
General admission to all Pull Exchange shows is free unless otherwise stated. Placewright reserves the right to introduce paid admission for future shows and will communicate any changes clearly on the show page prior to the show date.

All attendees are expected to treat fellow attendees, vendors, staff, and venue personnel with respect. The following are strictly prohibited at all Pull Exchange shows:
-
Violence, threats, or physical altercations of any kind.
-
Sexual harassment or unwanted physical contact.
-
Racist, discriminatory, or hateful language or behavior.
-
Theft or attempted theft from vendors or other attendees.
-
Possession of weapons of any kind.
-
Destruction of venue or vendor property.
-
Harassment of staff, vendors, or other attendees on social media before, during, or after the show.
Placewright Co., LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee from the show without refund for violation of this conduct policy. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate.
Photography & Recording
By attending a Pull Exchange show, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place and that your likeness may appear in show photos or promotional content. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a staff member on site. For attendees under 18, parents or guardians are responsible for notifying staff if they do not want their child photographed.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Pull Exchange shows is voluntary. You assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and theft. Show floors may include tables, chairs, display cases, cords, and other equipment. Attendees are responsible for navigating the space safely. Placewright Co., LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at or in connection with a Pull Exchange show.
4. Vendor Terms
By submitting a vendor application or purchasing a vendor table at any Pull Exchange show, you agree to all terms in this section in addition to the general Terms above.
Application & Approval
Vendor applications are submitted through 123FormBuilder and are subject to review and approval by Placewright Co., LLC. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Placewright reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product type conflicts, conduct history, or capacity limits. All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application.
Payment
Vendor table fees are not collected at the time of application. Upon approval, vendors receive a Stripe payment link via email to complete their booking. Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service available at stripe.com/legal. Vendor cancellations result in credit toward a future show, not a monetary refund, except where noted below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
-
14 or more days before the show date: full credit toward a future show.
-
Under 2 weeks before the show date: credits are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies. Contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you.
-
No-show or no communication: no refund. Tables are forfeited and may be reassigned. Vendor may be removed from future show eligibility at Placewright’s discretion.
-
Show cancelled by Pull Exchange: full refund, no exceptions.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing shows@thepullexchange.com.
Placewright Co., LLC reserves the right to cancel any vendor booking at any time for conduct violations, false information on the application, or failure to comply with these Terms. In the event of a Placewright-initiated cancellation not related to vendor conduct, a full refund will be issued.
Tax Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable sales tax in connection with their sales at Pull Exchange shows. This includes compliance with all local, city, state, and federal tax laws in the jurisdiction where the show takes place. Placewright Co., LLC is not responsible for and will not collect or remit sales tax on behalf of any vendor. Vendors are encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding their obligations.
